This listing is for Combined Units 1-3, which occupy the entire first and second floors of the hotel. They each have their own kitchen, living, dining area and half bath downstairs, plus 5 bedrooms (w/ up to 13 beds) and 3 full bathrooms upstairs. Altogether, that's 15 bedrooms (w/ up to 39 beds) and 9 full bathrooms! The other great thing about these units is that the first floor living spaces are separated by retractable walls that can be opened or closed to combine the downstairs living spaces. They also have exterior facing, frosted-glass garage doors that open out onto the pool veranda, creating an indoor/outdoor feel.

The Garden is a large outdoor space on East 6th Street that has multiple bars, food trucks, stage and projector on to our buildings that can be seen from blocks away on E 6th Street! Events can bring in almost anything they want (including food trucks) through our large gate off the alley.
